For a long time we had an annoying problem with our website: if you tried to update a page, everything on the page got deleted. Now it seems that everything is working as it should.

Hello everybody

In case you were wondering what's going on with Dawn Delayed, here's a little update.

We are currently working on several new songs we are very excited about. The songs take the infamous Dawn Delayed sound to many interesting new directions. We have already been playing a few of them at our gigs, and one of them – called Everyone Is A Liar – is featured as a live version (recorded at the Semifinal club in Helsinki last October) on our myspace site as a taster of things to come.

We are right now doing pre-production (a fancy word for four guys jamming in a room or sitting at a bar and making plans for the future) for our forthcoming EP. The tentative release date for the EP is at the end of August-beginning of September, and it will feature four or five new tracks.

We have also a lot of gigs coming up this year. In August there will even be a small tour with Molly Grows Up, a great band we have played with several times before. And as the EP comes out, there will be much more gigs. Sadly, no gigs outside Finland yet, but we are confident
sooner or later they will be.

To sum it up, everyone is very motivated about playing in the band and you can be sure we will work hard to rock hard.

We have a few new gigs confirmed, check out the "Live" section to see where you can get your socks rocked off.

Also, we added a new song to our Myspace profile. It´s called Everyone is a Liar, and it was recorded live at Semifinal at 5th of October. Click away and see you soon!

Umm... what else? There are some new shows on the way, but nothing confirmed as of now. You can find the new dates from the "Live" section once we get them sorted out.
